As we are not on the High Street, we do not have opening hours, per say. Our office is open between 09:00 – 17:30, but our director Dan is available and mobile, seven days a week.
As Director of “Dan Thomas & Co”, Dan has a wealth of experience in the property industry.
Dan began his career in property at the age of 18 and has developed expertise in residential and commercial sales and lettings. He progressed in the ‘traditional’ way, from junior roles within small, independent Estate Agency businesses, to Branch Manager roles for the largest corporate agency in the UK.
Having left the “High Street”, Dan set up his own limited company, working under a franchise for approximately 18 months, before launching “Dan Thomas & Co” in October 2020.
Dan is very much involved in the day to day running of the business and if we represent you to sell or let your property, Dan will be your main point of contact.

Claire has worked in Estate Agency since 2007.
Claire has worked in many roles including sales negotiator, lettings negotiator, sales progression, property manager and accounts, bringing a wide range of knowledge and experience to the team.
Having worked for both small independent and the largest corporate agency in the UK High Street Claire has experienced both worlds.
Claire prides herself on her customer service levels and is always willing to go the extra mile to help clients achieve their goals.

Joanne has a wealth of experience in the property industry, having worked as a lettings and accounts manager for an established, independent estate agent in Blackheath for 22 years.
Joanne has experience handling viewings, administration, letting progression, accounts, and rent collection, having managed a portfolio of 150 properties.
After a short break away from the industry to set up a food business in Dartford, Joanne joins the team having lived in DA3 for 45 years, raising a family that have attended the local primary and secondary schools.
